This  website (the “Website”) is operated by Tickets4stars Limited (“we”, “Company”) Company to provide clients with the opportunity to collect information about events, cultural events, concerts, theatrical performances etc., to check the availability of tickets and purchase them.

The Website acts solely as an intermediary for the sale of tickets for various events etc. provided by Third-Party Providers (while the term includes but not limited to such event organizers, their representatives, agents or other person who holds an event as well as contracts and entitles us to sell the entry/participation tickets for such event), and according to the terms and conditions that such Third-Party Providers, form and disclose to the clients directly or through us.

These terms are intended to help you understand the process of buying tickets from Company, your obligations and your rights towards Tickets4stars Limited as well as toward the tickets you bought or are about to buy. These terms constitute by nature a public offer to conclude an agreement on ticket(s) purchase and once paying for appropriate ticket on the Website you accept and acknowledge all the conditions of such offer.

1. Online ticket purchase from Company is proceeded through the use of VISA & MASTERCARD credit cards via the secure payment systems cooperating with Company directly or via a commercial bank contracted by Company. A Service Fee (of the Company), including transaction fee (of appropriate payment system) per ticket are added to the face value of each ticket. The Service Fee is clearly stated before the completion of each transaction, and t is not refundable to the client in case the ticket is returned and refunded. An applicable tax, such as value added tax, may be from time to time be added to the face value of each ticket (actually, it is by default), according to the applicable legislation; and such tax added is refundable upon our direct decision only and according to the situation and conditions of the payment you made for the tickets.

2. The check for the correctness of the information on the ticket is the responsibility of the client who must inform Company in early time before the event for what is not correctly displayed.

3. The client shall be of at least 18 years old and if not – act under control, direct supervision or express permission of his / her parents or legal representatives. Pay attention that there can be age or any other restrictions for the event attendance – those are under direct setup and control of Third-Party Provider.

4. Each ticket bears a unique barcode. If not, the client is responsible for contacting usto replace it. Tickets without a Barcode are not eligible to enter the event.

5. Each ticket must be presented at the entrance of the venue, at the date and on the time of the event for which it was purchased – in paper of digital form as the appropriate event rules demand.

6. The ticket purchase gives you the right to attend the event only if the c rules of  the theatre or venue and the organizer are accepted and respected. In some cases, if strictly written, separate ticket may allow more than one person to attend the event – the quantity of persons allowed must in this case be indicated on the ticket by the Third-Party Provider.

7. The ticket holder has the right only to enter at the place of value corresponding to the ticket purchased.

8. Student, discounted or other special tickets are valid only by showing the necessary supporting documents.

9. Beneficiaries of reduced tickets are those persons or categories of persons, as the Third-Party Provider determines each time for each event or group of events.

10. The ticket is not refunded and is not exchanged and issued subject to the regulations of the Company and/or Third-Party Provider. In case you need the ticket refunded or exchanged, please, address to the venue and/or the organizer of the event and in case their rules allow such refund or exchange – you could discuss the issue with them. Full details are available on request.

11. The Third-Party Provider of the event reserves the right to make any changes to the availability of seats and may change the ticket prices during any given time throughout the ticket sales. In this case, if notified, we could do the same accordingly – it shall in no case mean the breach of our public offer.

12. The Third-Party Provider reserves the right to make any of the sold seats unavailable for any reason and inform the ticket holders of this change by offering same value seats to the ticket holders or the option for a refund, if any.

13. If the event is postponed due to extreme weather or force majeure or any other reason beyond the organizer’s control including government-imposed restrictions and prohibitions on proceeding with the event as originally scheduled, there will be an announcement to reschedule the show/event in the same venue or a different venue at a new date and all purchased tickets will be honoured valid for the new event. Ticket holders do not have the right to a refund unless otherwise advised by the Third-Party Providers of the appropriate event.  In case the Third-Party Provider grants permission for such refunds (otherwise not permitted), the refund shall be proceeded in terms specified by Third-Party Provider .

14. If the event is permanently cancelled, due to extreme weather or force majeure or any other reason either decided by the organizer or beyond the event organizer's control including government-imposed restrictions and prohibitions on proceeding with the event as originally scheduled, such event organizer or appropriate Third-Party Provider undertakes to return the nominal value of the ticket client.  Service fee is not refundable in any case.

15. It is strictly forbidden to use the ticket for advertising or commercial purposes unless a written agreement is in effect with the Third-Party Provider.

16. It is forbidden to enter the venue by the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances.

17. The transfer and possession of glass bottles, beverage cans, weapons, flammable materials, and other sharp and dangerous objects are expressly prohibited.

18. It is forbidden to video record, photographing and audio record a part or the whole of the show / event by any means (such as mobile phone, camera, camcorders, etc.) and for any purpose.

19. Ushers and security staff are in the venue/event area for the purpose of service and safety of the public, as well as the smooth conduct of the event. The public has to comply with the instructions of ushers and security staff.

20. By purchasing this ticket, the holder agrees and accepts unreservedly the possibility of his appearance on any video / audio or video / audio recording of part or all of the event / included performance on the part of the event producer.

21. The ticket holder expressly states that any appearance on the recorder's or video recording by the producer does not affect his personality or any other right and hence has no claim against the producer or the organizing company.

22. It is Third-Party Provider exclusively who brings the rules and conditions of holding of appropriate event (including but not limited to the rules set within the Covid measures and Government restrictions, that might be in force relating to the number of tickets to be sold for appropriate event or any relevant rule) to the attention of Company and brings them again in case of changes or amendments therein. A client strictly agrees hereby that, once sold, tickets use on the relevant event as well as entry granting are under the responsibility of the Third-Party Provider (like event’s organizer) and not under our responsibility

23. Ushers and security staff have the right to remove any viewers causing obstacle to the smooth development of the spectacle and / or the right of the other spectators to watch the show/event.

24. All claims are the sole responsibility of the organizer and to the extent permitted by law.

25. In the event of any issues or disagreements arising through the purchase procedure of tickets, we will always strive to find a solution in the interest of our customers. 27. Any personal data collected for selling the tickets under the present Terms is used only for the purposes of providing the service in terms of applicable legislation.

28. Tickets4stars Limited is an independent company providing ticketing services for Third-Party Providers, including producers and event venues and acts exclusively as an intermediary between the Third-Party Providers and client We do not take any responsibility for incidents related to events for which tickets are sold or purchased.

29. By buying the ticket the client accepts all the above terms.
